Dr. Miller is a 1991 graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his surgical intemship and residency in 1996 with the U.S. Army at Elsenhower Army Medical Center at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Dr. Miller served four years as a general surgeon at Fort Polk, Louisiana where he was also Chief of Surgery for two years. Dr. Miller then joined Nanticoke Surgical Associates, P.A. in 2000.

Dr. Miller has been board certified since June of 1997 by the American Board of Surgery and passed re-certification in December 2006. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.) since October 2000, a member of the American Medical Association (A.M.A.), and a member of the Delaware Medical Society.

Dr. Miller’s area of special interest involves laparoscopic surgery, with expert surgical care in the management of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD/Reflux).
